Religion 21:32 - Nov 17 with 4722 viewsqprxtc

Is a weird concept, is it not.

You have to believe it’s there and you’ll be saved if you do but put that into any other aspect of life and you’ll probably be sectioned.

Sex, is usually a bad thing, but we are all a product of it. Enjoying it is the bad bit apparently. So say people that probably w ank themselves to sleep most nights.

And their religion is the only true religion. Or they’re going to do you some harm.

Peaceful and loving religion.

Do cats believe in God? I only answer to felines. ( I was going to say pussy but I’m above that sort of thing. I’m a tit man).

Why believe in life after love. Why worry. We’ll never know really, will we?

And if I’m wrong. Who cares? I bet Hod has better things to do. Probably having a quick W ank is one them.

Cobblers.

Well, at least one should recognise the Bible as a great work of literature even if one doesn't consider oneself particularly devout.
Most people use sayings from the Bible in everyday speech without realising it: you're the apple of my eye, the eleventh hour, by the skin of your teeth, many are called but few are chosen, kiss of death, fly in the ointment and many, many more.
That bloke Bill Shakespeare had a few sayings too.

Religion and politics.

One is faith in something you can't see. The other is having faith in something you can see but don't like what you see.

Clive's religion and politics klaxon going off..lol.

Religion is like a penis, It's fine if you take pride in it, but when you take it out and wave it in our faces, then it becomes a problem.

Being from an Irish family, had a lot of performative Catholicism in my youth, but I always struggled with it. Even at a young age the way voices echoed in church gave me a feeling no one was listening to us.

Aged 15 I went on a school trip to Berlin, and we visited Sachsenhausen. All belief was crushed there. Or maybe it was simply more convenient to believe God didn't exist rather than it did and turned a blind eye to that.

Came home and told my mum I wasn't going to do my confirmation. That went down well....

Is there actually any point in God being male, or female if there's only one of them?

Even if you could prove that there is a god, how could you then disprove that there is more than one?

if God is omnipresent - would be pretty difficult for it to be in possession of sexual organs
