Luton on QPR+ 10:54 - Oct 9 with 10171 views | francisbowles | At the end of Friday's commentary, I'm fairly sure, Nick London said that as it wasn't a three o'clock kick off they could cover it on QPR+. Has something changed this season or has he got it wrong?
Luton on QPR+ on 11:44 - Oct 9 with 7572 views | daveB | It's due to the the game being on sky
Luton on QPR+ on 11:58 - Oct 9 with 7530 views | Hoopstar | The game isn't on Sky - its at 12.30 at the police request after the trouble at Loftus Road where the Luton fan nearly died among other distasteful behaviour incidents. Not sure about the game being available domestically on QPR+ - would be surprised if it was but can't remember if the rules purely relate to not being able to show 3pm games domestically. Be nice if it was. [Post edited 9 Oct 2022 12:00]

Luton on QPR+ on 19:28 - Oct 9 with 6521 views | Northernr | Spoken to the club, not a Sky game and not in the 3pm window so club can sell it everywhere, including UK. Saw a lot of stuff about how lousy the Sky red button was at Sheff Utd last week too. I know it's a pain, I know it's extra cost, I know it's not always available, but give the guys your money. You get Nick and Andy into the bargain, rather than hookie streams or whatever. It's worth it for the coverage and to help the club.

100%, Clive. Rangers coverage is tremendous - the red button is skank. Don’t touch it.

I totally agree with Clive. If I can't get to the game, I'm happy to pay £10 for a good-quality stream, with Nick & Andy commentary. Especially now I understand that the bulk of the money goes to QPR, whether we are home or away.

I always buy the club stream when I'm not going to matches. Andy and Nick are great and as you say, like to help the club.

If I can’t make it to the games I’m more than happy to stump up a tenner for the excellent coverage from Andy and Nick, given it’s going into the clubs coffers makes it a no brainier for me.
Luton on QPR+ on 09:21 - Oct 10 with 5599 views | francisbowles | Thanks Clive and everyone else for clearing that up. Always QPR+ for me too, when I not at the game. I don't have Sky and it's £12 for a day pass on NOW TV so cheaper on the offy as well!

Thanks for the confirmation. Have to agree on the club stream, despite Nick sometimes straying a little too far into fandom for me personally. Its always nice, even if I've been at the game, to watch the 90' back with Andy and Nick (As long as we have won of course!) Thought Andy did a good job on Friday of bringing a bit of common sense to the key incidents on Friday, whereas Nick's "Surprised this referee gave us anything" and "He can go back to the Premier League whenever he wants" were just silly.
Luton on QPR+ on 12:12 - Oct 10 with 5365 views | StevenageRanger | Yes ahgree Nick and Andy are good value! You dont get to hear things like "You won't pass the Dutchy on the left hand side" when a Sheff Utd player gets stopped by Paal on the Red Button :)
Luton on QPR+ on 16:44 - Oct 10 with 5088 views | eastside_r | All good of course, I don't have Sky and in any case would prefer to give the tenner to the club. I am sure that rules must have changed, as I recall a situation (a season or two ago?) where because of a cup run (the oppo's obviously!) we had a late January / early February Saturday game moved to midweek later in the season. I am sure that the ruling was, as the original game was a designated 'weekend' fixture that the Saturday rules applied and we were not able to show the rescheduled game to domestic audiences on QPR+ / iFollow. Can anyone else remember this? Or am I mistaken?

I think you are right Eastside. It seems to ring a bell and I remember thinking at the time it was a stupid rule, but I can't remember the game. I'm fairly sure it was discussed on this Forum. Hopefully somebody with a better memory can shed more light on it.

The rules seem to change with the wind. If you get a Saturday 3pmer called off and re-arranged for midweek, I think it still counts as a Saturday 3pmer and can't be shown - we'll have that for Huddersfield presumably.

I think both the Swansea game from as recently as Jan 2022 and the Millwall game from Feb 2022 were not shown on QPR+ for the "original kick off was Saturday 3PM" reason. Both games were played midweek after being rearranged. https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/forum/282505/red-button

Yes….. Nick is just a silly fan like the rest of us calling the ref out rightly. He reacts how I react like a “ WOAHHH!” when seeing a dodgy looking tackle on one of our players. I love a bit of partisan spin when I’m sitting in my front room on my jacks because I can’t get to games
