He was actually on the bench for us at the Millennium Stadium vs Cardiff. Can never get my head around that. Similarly, both Fitz Hall and Clint Hill played for Oldham in the semi final. Hall's presence is immortalised thanks to the commentary for Furlong's goal ("Carlisle, through the middle to Paul Furlong...away from Hall... FURLONG!") But Clint Hill playing against us in that game feels so strange. | | | |
