Last night was a debacle especially the first half and there were a number off issues I saw throughout the game
The lack of creativity in the midfield since madsen went down.
The lack of fitness . We looked like we were running in treacle
Lack of shooting why don't we shoot when we have a chance instead of trying to pass it into the net
The defensive fragility and the lack of tracking back by theikes of Vale
Serious lack of depth - Kone has been off it at points in the last few months but we have no one we can change him to as our strikers are injured
The lack of natural wing play and getting balls in the box
The lack of simple balls and awareness

I think they should have tried to run a bit.
I also wonder whether tackling the opposition might have helped.
Actually just introducing ourselves at the start of the game giving the opposition the impression there are two teams on the pitch would do compared to that absolute fcking heinous joke of a first half. |  | | |

That makes 2 of us. I could not believe what I was watching. It was as though we had set Brum a test - here's the ball, see how many goals you can score in 45 minutes. Att v Def.
We improved in the 2nd half (from one of the lowest bars imaginable) But for me that was far worse than Sunday, where I felt at least they were trying.
What then staggered me was the way we attacked the last 10 minutes! I honestly thought we would nick an equaliser. Why wait until then to have a go?

I remember in Gareth’s first full season in charge attending the opening game of the season against Watford thinking this is the worst QPR side I’ve seen in decades . The sinking feeling that we may not actually get 20 points that season. I think we’ve sunk to those levels again over the last three or four .
Utterly dispiriting and I thank our lucky stars we have 47 points on board .
Madsen stock is rising every single game he misses.

I noted from Jimmy Dunnes comments after the game he thought maybe some of the players didn't know exactly what the plan was?!
That doesn't make sense to me, they must have spent some time going over the patterns of play. I'm sure a professional footballer can understand two or three different formations.
Like someone said earlier, conceding so early probably killed the plan to stifle the game and keep it 0-0 as long as possible?
That looked like a team (first half at least) that just didn't give a toss.
I don't know what the answer is, are the team waiting for someone to get into them at half time? I can't believe any of the senior players are happy with those standards?

That first half was the stuff of nightmare. No-one had any clue what they were up to and more than few of them pretty much burned through a season's-worth of good will in the first 20 minutes.
No point in naming names because we all saw the same match but there were definitely a couple of them who need a good, long look at themselves after that mess.

I only watched the first half (doctor's appointment, fortunately.) It was certainly the most atrociously played forty-five minutes of football by a QPR team I can recall, going back to 1971.
The eleven players on the pitch wearing hooped shirts apparently met each other for the first time outside the stadium ten minutes before kick-off. Only then did they decide who was going play where, and what they were supposed to do when they got the ball.
Apparently the second half we were a bit better. Lord knows we couldn't possibly have been worse. [Post edited 12 Mar 19:50]

As I said elsewhere I couldn't bring myself to watch. More fun seeing Chelsea lose 5-2 but I was impressed looking at the half time stats that Brum were 14-0 up on shots with 4 on target. How we expext to win games by not shooting is a great mystery.
Not done very well in the West Mids this season losing at Brum, Albion and Coventry. Add Wolves next season to replace Coventry. |  | | |

Wasn’t this one thing Stephan was cursed off by his previous players ,to much information they didn’t have clue what they was doing most of the time. |  |
