What if we played JCS and he broke down again?
Jimmy has been a trojan for us for a few years now. When he first joined us he did make some howlers but very, very rare these days.
Jimmy’s value is more than just as a player - almost everyone else is a bit quiet, we need him in the mix; he is the heart of QPR. Won us a hell of a lot more points than he has cost us
JCS a fine talent but his minutes need managing and we can’t judge that from our armchairs | | | |

Jimmy has been a trojan for us for a few years now. When he first joined us he did make some howlers but very, very rare these days.
Jimmy’s value is more than just as a player - almost everyone else is a bit quiet, we need him in the mix; he is the heart of QPR. Won us a hell of a lot more points than he has cost us

Dunne's mistake, to my eyes, was just a poor second of decision-making.
Option A -Boot it out.
Option B - If you're feeling really confident and want to play the ball, then you get your body between the oppo player and the ball.
Unfortunately, he did neither.
In the first minute of any game, when you're the last man back, I think he'd normally pick Option A every time.
Edit - sp.check. Also, just to add that I'm sure it's one of those things where Dunne fessed up at HT. I thought he recovered fine from the mistake. [Post edited 20 Sep 16:16]

Agree he was caught cold at the beginning and perhaps wasn't 100% yet. I was expecting him to muscle across the Preston lad and just use strength to shield the ball across him. The pass back was always risky and even booting it a bit risky so I was surprised when he just didn't use his height and weight advantage to just bully the Preston lad away.
Maybe came back a bit too soon given the injury but he was miles better second half. |  |

Also JCS on 4 yellows early in the season and one away from a 1 match ban. I think the ban will be inevitable, but will be good to have a few first team players back and the potential to move Edwards into midfield when needed. | | | |
