I have,it’s like a redundancy payment used to hear it a lot back in the old days of div 1 and 2 when we were waiting for players to sign.He’s been injury free now for a couple of seasons so you will be getting an excellent wing back who will get the odd goal even a worldly sometimes

When a players contract runs out normally at the end of June if the player is then without a club the PFA pay him for the month of July I presume in line with his previous employers pay .So would expect players who find a club in July wait till August 1st for it to be announced.I suppose you are right redundancy not the best comparison. | | | |
