Forest, like a lot of Championship grounds, including QPR, have opened up sections of their ground as close as possible to the away end for people who go to the football to spend 90 minutes focusing on the opposition fans. Chucking stuff, making the cut throat gestures, making the 'outside' gestures, spend the whole game focused on the away fans rather than the match. Celebrations of goals spent entirely trying to 'get at' the fans across the divide. Coked up meatheads, angry little boys and old cnts, just spoiling for a row. And it's all celebrated online, everybody filming their mega bantz on their phone for @FootyLimbz, @FootyFights, @Awaydayz etc. Same as everybody thinking they have to bring a firework to a match now. Same as everybody thinking they need to run on the pitch at the end of the season.

No, sadly not surprised. Football reflects society and whilst most people are sound, there are a lot of divs knocking about who shouldn't be allowed to leave the house. When Hibs won the Scottish Cup for the first time in 114 years, there was a huge pitch invasion and the first thing that a couple of hundred belters thought to do was run down towards the Rangers support and give it the large one. You then had Rangers on the pitch, rucking, and the Hibs players and management unable to go on the pitch to celebrate with the cup. Nice one, lads. | |

Watched a documentary on tv this year about Forest and Liverpool in the Cup match seen through the eyes of the local police and it was disturbing .
A superb night ruined by fan violence which was going on all day in speradic scuffles which fueled the mob.
The police spokesman said its getting back to the old days but with todays tech its actually worse and way more dangerous with flash mobs organized in a few minutes online etc.
I just read there is 100,000 Rangers fans (the other blue army ) in Seville right now with only 10k tickets how do you think that is going to go.
