Agreed. I’m not for one minute excusing GA but we knew we were getting a limited manager when we appointed him. The fact we had worked ourselves into a position where he was even in the running for the job is the issue. He’s not the solution but he’s not the problem. |

Good question because I do not actually know what his role was at the Club, I do not know what any DofF does tbh.........interested to know how you know!!! Have you seen the 'Job Description'??

Well Warbs had 3 seasons to build somekind of a core to this team with the help of the most inept DoF s ever which he didnt and then they started waving dixks to each other and Warbs had smaller one. Then DoF allowed Beale to fxck him to the arxe and whom after that one night of love turned out to be a complete prixk.Thats what we reap now with a very poor manager with a team that is not that bad to loose 5-0 against Oxford. | | | |

I thought his role was to implement a path way to the first team , setup scouting network and instill an ethos/playing identity through the club .
Would also add to reduce the wage bill
I think it could have worked better if other members of the board actually allowed him to get on with it but as per usual with our club we seem to have gone into it half hearted and not fully committed to DOF project [Post edited 29 Jul 2023 17:58]

Well if that was his remit he’s failed on all counts, with the possible exception of the first, and that only because we are so poor that being able to stand upright gives you a good chance of getting in to the first team squad. | |

I do not think LF did a great job at all......I also think that it is not his fault that we have lost 5-0 today nor had a better PSFs. It is not all his fault as to why we are what we are but you and many others think it is all LF fault which is very wrong.
I put a lot of it down to GA & his team - and I want to give GA a chance.
Some of GA decisions thus far have been wrong imho......we were super lucky to remain in the Championship last season. Unless things change and change very quickly we will be relegated by Xmas. [Post edited 29 Jul 2023 18:11]
