Budgies vs Rs Match Thread 15:01 - Dec 28 with 23206 views | CamberleyR | Surprised not to see one yet so here goes, thread virgin breaking his duck. Would love to be optimistic but Carrow Rd seems to be like a mirror to a vampire to us. Talking of vampires, hope to see a reaction from that Boxing Day horror show. 2-1 to them. Budgies vs Rs Match Thread on 17:39 - Dec 28 with 3228 views | ted_hendrix | We only need Eight more wins and a tiny little draw to stay In this league for another season of splendid splendidness. With that In mind and also a slight smattering of footballing consistency, I can only see us losing 3-0. I hate Ed Balls for what It's worth.

Budgies vs Rs Match Thread on 20:06 - Dec 28 with 2864 views | NorthantsHoop | Thought that Rangers would break their 57 year poor Boxing Day record alas they were awful, so think the football gods will again prove right and we will fail at Norwich. But in contrast to this doom, if we turn up and can string some passes together and actually get a shot or two at the Norwich goal then the football gods may take pity on us and we can achieve a favourable result. Will take a draw now, thank you very much.

Budgies vs Rs Match Thread on 20:39 - Dec 28 with 2790 views | actonman | All I ask is to go out and try and win and if we get battered we get battered ! Playing to defend and hope for a draw usually ends in defeat and bad vibes man ! Think we have used all our luck up doing that recently
Budgies vs Rs Match Thread on 21:21 - Dec 28 with 2685 views | CLAREMAN1995 | Like to see a new poster taking the plunge and starting the match thread but not in love with your prediction lol. Seriously I just posted last week a new QPR have emerged like falling behind and not losing or going ahead and actually pulling away and winning . How ever that crashed and burned in Wales so not exactly sure what to expect here . Its been flogged to death but 3 out of the last 4 games we would have been better sitting in the dressing room instead of playing the first half and that has to change and right now. I think we can get a draw here and it would take away that bitter pill taste we just swallowed . Norwich 1 QPR 1

Players out of position, players not fully fit, possibly ill. I’m afraid that’s all Marti’s got available but he’s a genius ! He could make a Christmas dinner with half a loaf of Mother's Pride and a tin of Spam Keep the faith 🎅.

I was thinking something similar yesterday but I went for: Nardi Dunne, Field, JCS Ashby, Varane, EDB, Paal (illness permitting) Kolli, Chair Frey Out of possession, Field takes the central CB role. In possession he moves up into the base of midfield. Went for EDB over Morgan to start but only because I think Morgan is better further forward. Saito to cover Paal / Chair; Smyth to cover Ashby; Fox covers JCS; Madsen or Morgan covers the centre and Lloyd to cover Kolli / Frey. And that's it. We've only got Santos left and, frankly, no-one needs to see that. What do we know, eh? This is why Marti gets paid the big bucks. Well bucks, anyway.

Especially with a makeshift defence. Even more especially still if Fox fitness part of it

Struggling for a plan myself today as the wife insists she wants her Sunday dinner (in the fckin dining room) no later than at half time. Pork and roast spuds I can get on pre kick off, stuffing is going to present my first issue 5-10 mins into game. Carrots and left over Brussels a bit of a panic around 30 -35 mins and carving, dishing it up and consuming, all in a 15 minute interval is going to involve significant time management. I’m hoping Field and Nardi don’t try on their sit down antics. If I get this wrong I’ll be lucky to be alive for the second half.

Budgies vs Rs Match Thread on 11:32 - Dec 29 with 1617 views | DWQPR | Whoever is available in defence it has to be players in their proper positions. Ashby RB, Dunne RCH, jJCS LCH, Paul or Morgan LB. Saying that I think we’ll still get thumped, especially if we adopt such a benign attitude as we did against Swansea and Brizzle.
