I am really getting angry about Paal myself he has to be pulled off corners they continue to be shocking yet he jogs across anyway like he is going to do something good..

I actually think at the moment Saito starts ahead of chair. Let chair come on when needed to get his fitness and sharpness. He seems to have lost half a yard of pace at the moment. Saito gone passed the fullback more since he has come on and he stretches the game |
Sadly, I am finally there with you all. Our best player by miles, he was still showing for the ball, picking it up deep, trying really, really hard, but little came off for him today.
That is a surprise, but what is not a surprise is that it is the left where we are weak - lil' Kenny regressed to his "can't get injured for my next contract" mode. A HUGE risk not having back up to him as he will hit the point of absolutely can't be bothered around March time...
and Morgan Fox was also poor today.

Just back…terrible first half how can you concede from the kick off shocking..they wanted it more won the physical battle we were weak in the tackle surrendered midfield. The second goal what was fox doing just watching the ball bounce off the cross bar and no jump or compete for the ball and cundle just walks in and scores… Slightly better second half said to did well and we had chances but did not take them despite a lot of pressure,,where was this intent first half. Chair and Smyth were not in the game is chair fully fit. .good support from the fans …certainly missed Jimmy today.. Alfie did ok took his goal well the new kid looked promising. I thought we did enough in the second half for a draw. We lost it in the first half. For whatever reason Chair is not back to his best and just wasn't covering back or causing much trouble to their defence so Tandanga pushed up so high at times he was almost a wingback. It's a bit worrying but I think it's happened before that missing pre-season makes a big difference. Let's hope that's all it is.
Field moved across to cover leaving a gaping hole in the middle which they exploited with their crosses into a box almost empty of hooped shirts.
We looked much more threatening down that side when Saito came on and their defence stopped pushing up. Fox had a poor game, particularly for their second but he's been decent recently so give him a bit of a free pass. Cook is understandably not match fit but that will come.
Impressed with the Yang cameo . Lovely move and shot.

Tough game for us today, gifted them an early goal and we were always against it. Thought Edward’s did well at R/B, Chair and Smyth were off the pace, think Saito should start Tuesday ahead of Chair? Alfie took his goal well, but was out on his feet when taken off. Fox and Paal didn’t have the best of games either, a lacklustre performance really. Need to step up Tuesday!

Chair seemed to have more of a free role today. He played right across the front positions. He's still nowhere near his usual level.
Others underperformed too. Cook was very rusty, Fox was full of mistakes, Field was below par and, despite a lovely weighted ball for Lloyd's goal, Morgan made a lot of errors.
Millwall looked like giants compared to our players, and bullied us without much intervention from the ref. The lack of height in the team worries me at times. |  | | |

I think it’s quite obvious how this team progresses. Field has to be replaced with Morgan in the ‘8’ .
Morgan has done incredible for us even playing out of his national position in the 10. We need him back in his natural 8 position and use his passing range and technical ability to get him involved more.
Look at norwich first half when he played there, controlled the whole half and everything was ticking through him, the thing is I doubt marti will drop field this season but we will see. Either one of him or varane to partner Morgan and I guaretee you will see a much more fluid rangers.
Can’t have field and varane who just constantly pass 5 yard backwards and sideways passes, it doesn’t progress us up the pitch. I would like to see this happen against blackburn midweek but who plays in the 10. Chair? Horrendous today and lazy as f***, take Morgan’s running out of that position and you lose a lot. | | | |

Love Koki to bits, but I think were using him the right way. He hasn't convinced yet when given longer than 45 minutes. Second half against a tired, lumbering, back-line is made for him.

We gave them two goals and, until the subs, the majority of our team had a bad day at the office. Edwards was the only defender who played well and Alfie kept going despite getting whacked several times. The good thing is we have a game in three days' time. The fact of the matter is Millwall played 3 games in 8 days and won the lot while we played twice and lost both. Even Luton got a point against Sheffield Wednesday yesterday. While I accept we bossed the game after the subs, it has to be remembered Millwall had a tough midweek game at Portsmouth, who had won 6 and drawn once in 7 home games. Millwall's energy levels dropped in the last 20 minutes and we failed to score just one goal in what was plenty of time to do so. We are not clinical enough and until we find a striker to take opportunities these frustrating results will keep us mid table for years to come. |  | | |

I thought he was pretty decent too . Could have been closer for the first goal but so should everybody . Didn’t see him do too much else wrong and yes, our left back drove me crackers yesterday .

Yes, I thought Edward's did well at RB and CB, and was our MoM over the whole game. Saito was very good getting past defenders and crossing when he came on, and he can give Paul better support defensively than Chair these days. There were huge amounts of space in front of Paal which Wall exploited. | | | |
