The cynic in me thinks that some bridge has been burned somewhere and we might not see him again, which is a shame.

Dave McIntyre on WLS pod still thinks Kolli will be moved on.
The window is still open in Turkey, Greece, Portugal and Saudi Arabia apparently. Could see him moving to Saudi myself.
It was also felt and had been known for some time that Rayan was not wanted here and only got on in games last season as we had many injuries and that was to be the same this season.And it was suggested that Stephan was not happy with the lack of effort Kolli was putting in training. And that does appear to be the case from the fact he did appear not to last long in games. Tbh myself the camp seems a happy camp and all seem to get on and despite Kolli's undoubted finishing abilities on many levels he will never be a player that suits ourselves now. But if by some miracle he does stay, he is number five choice behind Burrell, Kone, Lloyd and Obikwu.
With this kind of noise around him though, it might be hard to offload him and despite not being involved at all with the development squad either, he could be left here to turn into goulash, stewing, not in any first team squad and not in any development fixtures either. Tbf, I trust Stephan on this one. He has a reputation of being decent with developing young kids with raw talent. Clearly Kolli has the raw talent, however if he believes Kolli is truly not putting enough graft on the training pitch and is reluctant to give him minutes, i trust Stephan on this one. From a fan perspective, its disappointing to hear.
If i was Rayan myself and i heard this, I personally would be putting in 100% effort in training to show to the coach that said,
"Come on look at me coach. I can play in your team and I can improve my less developed qualities also."
Clearly he hasnt done this.
He occasionally has taken down all QPR links on his social media, and again that does suggest a teenage attitude. Yes, he is barely out of his teens, but then obviously so are many many players. But these guys are professional players and taught to buy into the club mentality and to have a career, they need to listen and learn what they are told and taught as its a privileged position to be a footballer.
These words from Dave Mcintyre suggests the club can't see Kolli improving his efforts in training. Didnt he get a new contract. Maybe it was only a short extension, although perversely that can make a sale more of value in terms of fees paid to us, as a consequence. Dave seems to think Kolli has played his last game for us and i tend to agree. I guess it depends where he ends up whether he has a decent career.

I don't really understand why this is about Nourry, as Kolli seems to have bombed out under Cifuentes too. I'm not having a pop at the lad (he's young and undoubtedly talented) but I do find it a bit suspicious that two separate managers have now decided that they don't want him around.

Even if that is correct, which with respect you dont know this, the question had to be asked why he has not been invited on last two preseason tours. Others who werent available did attend.
The manager isnt picking him nor was the guy before him. There might be advice from above but clearly Stephan is picking his teams and squad.
