I remember when we had a night game at Maine Road and we won 3-1 with the mighty Mikkel Beck getting 2 and Wardley getting the other. Right next to the Kippax. That was a temporary stand. No more than 500 tops there. We had all sorts being chucked at us as we came out. Really enjoyed our trips to Maine Road. Always nice and friendly around Moss Side! Massive win that in the context of the season. Can also remember temporary stands at Gillingham (still there) and at Blackpool. | | | |
