Adamson can feel very aggrieved that he hasn’t got the nod to replace Cirkin. Filled in very well when required in previous two games. If I was him I would be knocking on the bosses door on Monday morning, requesting at least a loan move before the window closes. He knows now that JS is only going to use him in an emergency and he will fall further down the pecking order when the Boy returns.

I think his use of Cirkin/Lamptey today has been about giving them minutes to build their fitness levels and nothing else, I’m sure it would’ve been pre-planned regardless of performances etc.
