Why on earth are we letting Kelman go if our other strikers are consistently injured? At least Charlie has shown the very important ability to stay injury-free and played a high number of games (50+) for Orient last season.

We know Frey has been injured, Kolli being managed and Lloyd likely to go on loan. But that doesn't explain the absences of Celar and Kelman.

Just what I was worried about , new manager comes in trys to see all the different players , trys different formations , we get 10 games in with a bad points talk and the manager still tinkering.

Squad gelling nicely in pre-season.

The situation with strikers and fullbacks at this club for the last decade or so has been nothing short of an absolute joke.

Is what it is I suppose.

Lot's of reading between the lines though and clearly certain players will be off.
I'll be really sad to see both Varane and Kolli leave if the 2+2=4 comes to be true.

Back to this game... 'suppose if you are going to look at players in a mad set up then a behind closed doors friendly is the time to do it.

Totally agree. We're back from Spain/France, have another friendly on Saturday and there is loading to take into consideration.

Maybe he is trying Richards as a false nine!
