Still looking for the interesting, funny and informative ones! I wonder if these footballers realise that after the shttest of sht years for all of us, a win on Boxing Day would be the one thing that brings us all right back up again. Just one wafer thin win.

Reading the preview really brought it home that I'm not missing watching Rangers anything like as much as I expected. It's the same with the result, Of course, I still want us to win & I hate losing, but I've found since March that the pain isn't quite so bad as it has been for most of my life! Is this down to old age, or have I eventually realised/accepted that Queens Park Rangers & Chesham United results are not as life changing as I've regaeded them previously?
I very much miss meeting Simon & Beth in the pub before the match & then seeing Jon & the rest of the back row of M block, but I really do enjoy playing Online Bridge on Saturday afternoons. I then watch the last 30 minutes of our home games, but for the away games I keep updated by looking at Flash Live scores . If it is going well I might look at the LFW match thread as well, but I've learned to keep well away from it at other times!
