Agreed. And I think it's going to be hard to predict.
Fulham had several loanees, although Cairney missed much of the season.
WBA haven't got a manager - yet!
Sheff Utd haven't got Wilder this time.
Swansea's loanees were Woodman, Guehi, Hourihane, all of whom likely to go back to parent clubs.
Bournemouth, Reading, Derby, Birmingham (and Forest?) all in financial doo-dah. May not be the only ones. |  |

No one stands out as being nailed on to have a good season, although I expect Fulham to be the best of a bad bunch. A big opportunity for us if we can find the consistency to continue our form from the 2nd half of the season. |  |

We seemed to have appalling luck in the first half of the season and more than our share of good luck in the second. Combination of that and the momentum and self belief we developed from that run played a big part in the second half form, I think it would be optimistic to assume we'd be able to carry over that into next year even if everyone comes back.
That said, I do think there's a chance we'll spend the year looking up instead of down (some posters aside) which would do me nicely. |  | | |
