Absolutely buzzing after that performance - he has got us playing with an intensity and energy we haven't seen for such a long time. Each game seems to get better.

We’re now consistently going toe to toe with promotion candidates which is something I doubt anyone dreamed would be happening a few months ago.

If we learned anything from the Beale catastrophe, it would have been to add a very decent contract buy-out clause. If we lose Marti, at least it will at least be for proper money. How long is his contract, btw?
But having said that, if we keep progressing under him, reward him accordingly and there is scope for bigger things, I don't see any reason he wouldn't say.
