Moses Odubajo - Stick or Twist? on 10:11 - Apr 22 by robith
Tough for him, but realistically we can't afford to extend the deal when he won't play the first 3 months
Guessing he would be ready for pre-season.
Think I would still stick, unless Byrne is available from Derby, which I think he is out of contract in June. Always liked Romeo at Millwall as well. Think he is out Portsmouth on loan.

Better news is they seem to think Dieng might be able to play next week.
Shirley, Surely, they'd only risk Dieng if we have some sort of mathematical chance of making the playoffs? Beat Stoke and Shef U and then make a decision vs Swansea?
Can we not knock it?

Well yeh if we don't win tomorrow then there'd be no point.

Kakay would seem the safer bet for tomorrow. He's certainly a better defender than Adomah who could always be thrown on if we're chasing the game later on.

I like Moses. Would certainly keep him on as covers a number of postions and and one of the few who has pace in our squad. However, that fact that this is a calf injury is a concern. Am sure the terrible injury that kept him out for a couple of years at Hull was a calf injury?

Great article, Nix. Thanks for the link. This is another setback for him but he surely has the strength of character to overcome it. I hope we give him another offer, I think he has proved his worth, but wish him the best whatever happens.

Keep him, as others have said he can play both sides.
But regard him as a backup, as we need proper young fullbacks (tackle and pace) who can mould into wingbacks if we coach em.
Kakay is useful as a squad player. Niko was too arrogant and that's why he's been discarded. So, we need a LB and RB. But this has been known for some time.
I doubt he will cost much and those comments from Warbs I think are setting up the same situation as this season, whereby Moses has to prove himself again in pre-season while we try and sign someone cheap in the market and if we fail, then he's the backup. We play that game with him to keep his wages down.
