To be fair it might be plausible to heavily weight a contract for someone like Martin towards appearances.
Just making up figures but say: £2k basic, £4k sub appearance, £6k start. Maybe not realistic figures but I’d hope we aren’t proposing more than that.
Don’t want him at all but if he has to sign I’d hope it’s on those sorts of conditions. No other club at this level would have him near the squad. | | | |

I would be looking at Ricky Jade Jones from Peterborough and the Fulham Striker who was on loan at Exeter last season , Stansfield, interesting to know Konks view on him. This may seem a bit leftfield but the one which always worries me the most when it comes to QPR is "attacking midfielder".
It usually turns out that said player:
- Can't tackle
- Is poor at marking
- Doesn't track back.
Oh, and I nearly forgot this one:
