If that winning goal had been against Partick/Hamilton there would have been a three minute VAR delay before deciding on a foul in the build-up.
A genuinely disgusting football club. Despise them more than any other including Chelsea. Such a shame Hearts bottled it / Celtic were given some highly questionable helpful refereeing in the run-in.

Yeah, that would have been an amazing away trip for Hearts. Vienna's a great city, losing 1-0, man sent-off, go 2-1 up with ten men, concede an equaliser with 1 minute left in ET, and then win on pens! A proper emotional rollercoaster - I was gutted, but I know a couple of really decent Jambos who were out there, so, I'm a (tiny) bit happy for them. |  |

I am just glad that QPR are now not the only club throwing away a 4-0 lead in European competitions.
As for Mullery , I thought he was a terrible manager and poor at man management. H almost got a decent side relegated in that season.

Nice one. Should be a good atmosphere although I don't think there's many Gent coming across. Have you been to ER before? If you don't have pre-match plans, then The Persevere on ER would be my suggestion - get there early to get a seat. It's about 1/2 mile from the ground. Enjoy yourself and hopefully Hibs will get a win. | |

I saw the highlights on MOTD last night. With the first goal, the player who passed it back was getting all the blame. However, my view was that the defender, he was trying to pass to, pointed to a spot where he wanted it, the passer then put it there but the defender didn't move. That started the collapse.

Average attendance in the SPL is 18k but that is skewed by the OF.
Take those two out and it drops to 11k, that’s 1k more than the EFL League One, which itself was bolstered by Bolton, Cardiff and Bradford who all had an excellent season.
Exactly half of the SPL is under 11k as it is so if the fans supported those clubs to get the figures up to between 11 and 18k instead of coach loads going to OF games each week, would it make the SPL more competitive by virtue of more income and better players? Also we’d need to take into account that the OF would then need to drop attendance figures and therefore income too. So, the SPL itself may then become more competitive but I doubt that would have any effect in Euro competitions?

Celtic didn't beat anybody 5 or 6 nil in the Scottish Premiership last season, let alone every week.
They lost at HOME to Hibs, Hearts and Rangers and were fortunate to steal the league title from Hearts.
Their first team squad contains just 8 Scots. I'm glad they lost. |  |

Quite the blow out wasn't it? I thought they were travelling ok around 80 minutes, but they couldn't defend corners all night and they were way, way too open and basketball-y in those final ten minutes. Rarely seen a collapse like it and a very strange experience to be surrounded by so many people going through it when I had little skin in the game. I genuinely thought the bloke next to me might hang himself and the lad in front who'd done All The Cocaine did not respond well to the setback.

Easter Road is looking good these days Hibs have done a good job redeveloping the whole ground I like it. I was brought up a Hearts supporter although born and raised in Leith, Christ what a choice eh supporting Hearts or Hibs neither wonder I’ve no hair left😆 | | | |
