Hi all,
Started the season well, but we should be 4 or 5 points better off given the chances we have created. I have prepared some questions for Wednesday’s fans’ forum:
1. For Christian / Julien - Rayan Kolli has not been in a matchday squad this season despite a strong goals from limited minutes record. With the window closed and several forwards injured, is he available for selection — and if so, what is the reason he is being kept out of the squad?
If Kolli is not in Julien’s plans, why is a homegrown forward still here unused while we cannot convert chances?
2. For Christian - Against Middlesbrough we lost Chair and Kone in the first half; at Charlton we lost Lamptey before half time and Dunne just after. Kemper, Dembele and now Saito are also out. What is driving this injury rate, and what has changed in the medical, fitness and recovery work so we do not lose another season to injuries?
3. For Julien - After six games we have the most shots in the league but only the 20th best conversion rate. At Charlton we had 12 corners and never looked like scoring. What is the plan in open play and on set pieces to turn control into goals?
4. For Jimmy - From inside the group, what is different this season in standards — and how do you keep that when key players keep going off injured?
5. For Christian - What is the actual plan for Loftus Road over the next five years?
6. For Christian - The new pre match track was booed against Cardiff and then dropped. How will the club consult the fanbase before changing walk on music, anthems or other matchday traditions again — and will that include a proper say, not just a decision after the event?

Q: Recent rule changes are seeing the game being played faster and with more intensity. Already we're seeing injuries mounting. Therefore, what measures will QPR need to take, from recruitment through to rotation, to ensure we can compete and avoid injuries as much as possible?
I ask this because with the likes of KP, KD, JCS, JO, IC and RK(?), can we really add more in the form of HV, DC, TL, and GK? Especially as we've all harboured concerns about our fitness and medico-rehab operations. |  |

We need answers on the Kolli situation.
Supporters need to be treated seriously - this applies to the “ song” issue as well. So I see poor player management, poor communications with key stakeholders ( supporters). I hope it’s not puffed up managerial and corporate egos. | | | |

I'd ask questions geared more to our identity, and the lack of pride the club has in certain competitive games, cups and derbies.
We have dreadful records in both, and there seems to be no determination to rectify this at all.
As for our identity, no more wearing at home a monstrosity of a kit like that awful black one.

Yes. But that’s mainly due to injuries and Kolli. Performances have been decent and results we’re 4th. I think we should all be pleased with how team has done this year. BUT the injuries. All I am asking is a bit of openness. I get players like Dunne, Dembele and Kemper…:there’s not much can be done about their injuries. But we have no info about Chair, Kone, Saito, Lamptey, Poku (?), Kolli. Ok, 1 of those is last night. But will we hear anything? Fat chance. For me, it’s easily solved. Just be open about what they did in the summer and what they are doing and honest assessments on the injured players. We’re mostly a pretty understanding fanbase. Just be honest and open with us. We all want the same thing for this club. | | | |

As jack nicholson said , We cant handle the truth ! it also gives the oppostion way to much info to help them beat us , in a similar way of how long a players contract is . is so trivail but the club treat this inso like the crown jewels.
im expecting noury to do the usual next week , long long answeres with lots of long long words and by the time hes finished we will have forgotton the actual question that was asked, all while cycling ben sits there looking more and more uncomftable as the night goes on.

I'm not sure what people actually want the club to say re Kolli:
Option A: Explain that he's not fit, but will be in contention when he is - people won't believe this if they're not inclined to.
Option B: Say he's a complete waster who we don't want and just want to get rid of, but he refuses to go. Not going to go down well and not something the club can really say publicly.
Option C: He's a great talent and very promising youngster, consummate professional and trains well, but for some irrational reason we are going to bomb out our most promising home-grown youngster.
I have my suspicions which one is true but I don't know exactly what the club is supposed to say more than they already have? |  | | |

Can we get a third party in to come and audit the Head's of Performance and Methodology and determine if they are actually any good at their jobs? Or are they just being kept there because they're CN hires?
The Fans Forums have become so curated and performative under CN so I expect zero honesty or transparency again. Hopefully Dunne can give us an unfiltered insight in to the mindset and culture of the Club/Squad from the players perspective but I'm sure he will be briefed on what he can and can't say too. |  | | |

He might not be skint but many times hes turned up while representing the club looking like hes been sleeping under the A40 for the last few years.
I can talk but i dont earn a quarter of what hes prob earning per year and thats before his private work as well which i belive hes still involved in as well. [Post edited 10 Sep 14:28]
