| International Break 12:53 - Sep 22 with 19758 views | RedbourneR | Anyone know who's off and playing for their country? Jimmy Dunne and Harvey Vale for RoI,I guess, and Paul Smyth for the North, so who else is going to be missing from the training ground? Nothing on the offish. | | | | |

I didn't get a call-up. I was half hoping...

It’s the half hope that kills you.
| International Break on 20:15 - Oct 3 with 1841 views | BrazilNutR | Kamara came on at 46 minutes, so played a full half. 95% passing accuracy and Finland went on to win it, was against 10 men the from 22 minutes, so hopefully wasn't too strenuous for Glen. Nice to see Varane get an international goal.. | | | |

Ya, but can he do it on a cold Tuesday Night in L'Ajoupa-Bouillon?

Ben Jacobs tweeted we played Foolem at their training ground. Lost 2-1. Some guy called Kolli scored for us. There was also a tweet about 3 x 15yo training with First team. Shows how many are away/injured.

Would suggest that Kolli is back in squad and available for selection

| International Break on 11:24 - Oct 3 by Myke | I think we tend to over-rate our players. Egan who had more or less retired preferred over Dunne. Smyth not getting game time. Chair never gets any meaningful time for Morocco. The Ozzie guy that many thought was the bees knees, never got a kick for Australia in that World Cup, despite them losing all three group games. |
Egan playing really well for Hull in the prem tbf. With players out, Jimmy might get a start today...maybe at right back. If Harvey Vale is fit to face West Ham. it won't look good for him.

He's barely been in QPR's squad in recent seasons so it's no surprise really.

| International Break on 16:37 - Oct 4 with 961 views | Boston | To be truthful, I'll be glad when we resume normal league activity. The words 'international break', translate as bones in a foreign country when it comes to QPR. | |

What did the Finnish football authorities have to say about it? Surely it's also down to them and not only Kamara. [Post edited 4 Oct 18:35]

See my post above dmm I felt strongly this was his only chance to breakthrough and show what he can do with a couple regulars missing .Best of luck to him and Ireland they are going to be in for a brutal game I fear

I really doubt it. No Solomon, Khalaili or Peretz (gk) for Israel so it’s a seriously dire XI. Would be surprised if Ireland don’t win quite comfortably and that they’re close to Evens. Expect both squads are a bit done with it and would rather have their feet up ahead of the weekend.

Actually, we beat Turkey, lost to the hosts then drew with Paraguay to finish second. Lost to Egypt in the first knockout match so not quite a disaster

| International Break on 21:39 - Oct 4 with 359 views | dmm | Dunne played the 90. He did well, probably the best of the 3 CBs, in an ultimately disappointing 1-1 draw. He finished the game injury free and hopefully fit to play v Wham. | | | |

| International Break on 21:46 - Oct 4 with 331 views | Watford_Ranger | Decent game. Draw probably about right and Dunne really ought to be ahead of Scales. Poor result for Wales matched only by Rob Earnshaw’s River Island suit. | | | |

Different WC tournament I think hooparoo. Thought there was a tournament when Luongo failed to play even though they lost all three group games. I could be wrong, apologies if so.

Shocking game I thought. Agree a draw was about right though. Should have won, could have lost. That’s Czechia, Austria and Israel where we have thrown away half-time leads - needs to be addressed. Thought Dunne did really well. MotM through my blue and white tinted glasses

Dunne was very good won the penalty and defended well but Ireland were shockingly open without Collins and O Shea thank Christ we were not playing England on their present form . The ref was very lienent IMO should have been more yellows to Isreal in the first half but hopefully the boys are all right and heading back to their clubs. Its the same old story get ahead ,dont push on for a second or 3rd and you draw and could easily have lost here
