Went on a couple of coach trips with them when I was younger, notably Forest away in the league cup when Cloughie came on the pitch and Man Utd. They used to drink in the Bushranger then to pick up the coach.
Still see a few of them about. Some very good chaps in amongst them.
Had some exciting times with them home and away in the 80's and early nineties, before settling down and making different life choices.
All a bit tribal, not needed given educational levels of our society and nothing to be proud of from my perspective. I am all for banter but why do we hate someone because they happen to be born elsewhere and support a different team?
A bit like how famous gangster types get massive funerals and all that. The word 'legend' gets used but I'd rather people didn't go around committing crimes and acts of violence. Seems like something nobody should be doing.

I only hate our opponents for the 90 minutes when we’re playing against them. And chelshite of course. I used to go to QPR with just my schoolmate in the 70’s and so I never really tagged along with any groups or other individuals.I used to see the fighting going on around me and move away to a different part of the terrace.A few away games got a bit dicey when you turn up on your own,but I always managed to stay away from trouble if I could.
"Later on the police video, I saw one of our lads stab and slash a couple of Luton. I think he was arrested and put on trial for this, but got away with it."
Was that the video in question?
That's someone's dad. That's someone's dad who likes to whinge about furriners sending fighting-age men over here in small boats.
Thatcher had many strong opinions about football fans; I'm certainly not keen to prove her right.
We used to regularly see their battered up old coaches when driving to away games in the 80s. There would often only be a few hundred QPR at a lot of those away games so you did start seeing the same regular faces. The coaches they were able to hire seemed to get worse and worse over the years though!
Main incidents I remember were at Charlton and Derby and of course Luton. And home games against West Ham and Cardiff.
I have seen a few of them at games in recent years as well so at least some of them are still around.

Must be an algorithm thing because my YouTube feed has had a bunch of C-Mob vids turn up in the past week or so. Haven't watched any - not really my thing. Are they new? Or has the hooligan-based content simply got as far as 'Q' in the alphabet?
I always liked the idea of Lawn Bowls hooligans. Rampaging gangs of pensioners, wrecking National Trust tea shops on the way to taking the clubhouse end on a Saga awayday.
'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'
One older bloke in my area was a member and I remember this 21 year old tw@t cussing us 15 year old cos we were from Uxbridge, hillingdon way.
So dumb
Back in the late 70’s a gang of masked intruders gate crashed our office Christmas party in the City, announcing, ‘We’re from Bermondsey and we got shooters’, the ‘Bermondsey’ qualification presumably designed to paralyse the assembled throng into submission, before making off with their haul of cash, watches and jewellery.

Oh yeah, has inside job written all over it. Anything you say may be used in evidence…
Very suprised to find it and someone new about them or someone could be bothered to do it. Some photos including Pete Kingham in a home shirt. They did their research.
I love aggro at the football! My favourite bit is just before you don't fight, when you have your arms outstretched and your goading the away fans from behind a line of stewards, and you're holding yourself back by leaning back on your mates, cos you know if you didn't it would kick off big time! Fu*king love it! The girls love me! I've got respect from everyone because I spent all my money on a snide stone island jumper and I'm walking dictionary of insulting hand gestures. I'm exactly the kind of person that makes this country great! Tommy, Tommy, give us a line! Tommy, Tommy...

Funnily enough me too, having never searched or watch any football aggro videos before. I mean, my nine and six year old girls use my YouTube account but I doubt they have either.
The one that came up on my home screen was an account of someone who was There That Day when Everton came to town, expecting to Take The Piss but they got foiled by some QPR Youth leading them into an ambush by some of QPRs Top Generals.

yeah, most are still about, occasional visits to the askew a couple of times a season, sadly a few past away.
I was In the LSA club organizing Three coach tickets for manure away, all of a sudden a big row broke out behind the desk as a few blokes couldn't agree as to who was buying the bloody balloons for the trip.
Honestly.
My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

Re: the Everton video. Was that the one where the Scouse la said they got ambushed around the swimming pool (paraphrase)” they had snorkels and swimming masks on”?😂
I think he may have been having a bit of a grin.
Edit: it wasn’t that one. Just seen the aforementioned video.

Your wish is my command, Dorse (QPR connection at 1.10) …
