Forest because they're mental and Norwich because they kept all their Prem TV money and now have a parachute payment but very few others are spending money. Both Forest and Norwich have sold a player for big money as well.
Only seven Champ teams have spent more than they've received according to Transfrmarket, and of those the biggest loss is £2.7m at Boro.
