Depends why he’s bought the club. Money didn’t do Chelsea and City any harm.
The mistake we made as a fanbase was in thinking that just because we had rich owners, that would be enough to be successful. In fact, what we had was a megalomaniac who didn’t actually have that much money, so he got two mates involved who had no interest whatsoever. One, by his own admission wouldn't have drawn the curtains to watch a game in his garden, the other just seemed to get involved to give his son-in-law a nice toy. Then, of course, the current lot turned up to play real life Football Manager.
