Mentioned before but if we go 3 at the back we give Dickie and Dunne a bit more cover with an extra CB. Paal and Laird would be better at wing back and then we can have willock and chair inside closer to dykes. Basically what Mark Warbs did. |  |

One thing that hugely underlined the difference for me was the execution of free kicks. Ten yards inside their own half, Luton launch an attack. Ten yards inside their half, we pass sideways or back. They understood the point of the game; get forward, run, take a shot. We gain possession, stop, look around, everybody plays statues whilst politely waiting for the opposition to get back into position, and then tap it around a bit.
I'll give Critchley a pass on subbing Chair for Willock today on the basis that Chair was invisible second half after doing 80% of all our work in the first, but I hope he doesn't continue with the either/or with those two because that would be a fundamental misunderstanding of this team's greatest strength. |  |

It’s a hard one for sure given the fact we have players unavailable for whatever reason ? Where the fcuk are jojo , balogan , Sinclair , jcs , bonbon ?
What I noticed today is for all the hundreds of midfielders we have signed and wasted hard earned shillings on over the years, we still don’t have one that can actually play box to box and capable of playing a killer pass and break up play aswell as staying fit for any length of time!
