Actually agree. It should be something like teams outside the top five leagues plus maybe teams from those leagues who haven’t played in Europe for X years. Chelsea reserves winning it again is a bit meh for everyone. | | | |

He’s an elite manager so of course he will want to spend a lot of money on ready made experienced players which goes against their ethos. And even if they do agree to spend ££££££££££££s they will have to offload hundreds of sh1t players with 8 years remaining on their contracts first to avoid failing FFP.
