Not actually part of the star wars trilogy of trilogies (apparently a nine parter is a ennealogy...), but the first off-shoot stand alone film in the 'Star Wars Universe'
Either way, looks absolutely bob on, exactly what a Star Wars film should be...

Yup, an original film, not just milk it with rehashes of what's gone on before.
I must be getting only if still tainted from the crap that was number 1,2 + 3 ( not the original 1 2 and 3 you understand) which were just awful, then 7 comes along and it's 1 remade!

I'm guessing it's how the rebels managed to get their hands on the technical readouts of the Death Star that end up stashed in R2D2. Looks absolutely awesome.

I'm not much of a Star Wars fan but judging by the trailer, it looks pretty good.
I doubt it will be more exciting than this, but then it is a different genre:

It's like the whole "who shot first - Han or Greedo" - Greedo's aim from 3ft was appalling!
I must admit I never even knew the debate raged at the time. So, I'll bring it up again!
Apparently a lot of people felt it was un Han-like. He might have been a rogue but he wasn't a murderer.
Well, if I was in his position I would have shot first. Let's go through the footage;
Han is walking away from the booth when Greedo jabs a gun in his chest and forces him to sit back down
Jabba then tells Han he has a big price on his head and if Han gives him the money, he might forget he saw him
Understandebly, with these physical & verbal threats, Han start to unclip his blaster holster. - an act of defence or readiness to attack? This could be the key but either way, Greedo was the aggressor first.
Greedo continues to be aggressive by telling Han that Jabba may take his ship.
Han reacts with "over my dead body"
Greedo retorts "That's the idea, I've been looking forward to this for a long time" - a clear direct threat and indication Han is about to be killed.
So, in a nano second Han has to decide if he's bluffing or to shoot first. If you get the bluff wrong, you're dead so Han is left with no option but to shoot.
