You know what, I'm dreading the morons in R block winding up Jamie Vardy about his wife. Everyone knows that a wound up Jamie Vardy will absolutely destroy our defence.
What's our record defeat? I can honestly see them getting a fcking handful on Saturday
I think the team need some help from the supporters - to know where the goal is !! Perhaps if the club, instead of giving us flags to wave, could issue large blue and white arrows or foam finger pointers such that we can point out where the goal is ?π€

For while I and you opine and vent on here as we see fit, as soon as I turn the interweb off, I forget about it!
It is, after all, only a game of football and I wouldn't allow my life to be dictated to by overpaid, frequently useless, and generally careless numpties on the pitch, and those utterly clueless buffoons off the pitch supposedly running the show.
Come win, lose or draw on Saturday, life will go on regardless and in some respects, a good drubbing might be what's needed to wake the many from their apathy and shake the incompetence out of them. We're going to see what QPR are made about and I suspect we'll find 'feck all' will be the answer!!

Your right but I'm laying awake most nights worrying about it and can think of little else Probably best I head out for the day away from the interweb as is driving me slowly insane

Fair play to you mate π
I should also say that even if we are getting a belting it will not be the end of the world....why, because I sit near Norf and he comes out with some 'proper' funny stuff that brings a big grin to my face.
It was very funny when we were playing against Blackburn at the last howe game....he is a fooking idiot!!!! - the more Peroni's the better!!!!

I'm envisaging a Hollywood style scenario where, in utter desperation, Ainsworth swaps the cowboy boots for football boots and comes on in the second half to score three spectacular goals, thereby reducing the first half deficit to five.
Or maybe not. However, I feel drawn to going, just to savour some kind of convulsive moment in QPR history being made, it has that feeling about it.

I'm so envious of people who can just switch off and forget about it
When I go and we lose I'm pssed off but just go to the pub with my mates and we have a good day regardless and basically switch off but next day the defeat and hangover are not out of my system
When I don't go and watch it on a stream I get more fcked off and be in a bad mood for hours if not days lying in bed thinking what's happened to the club
Anyway watch us win 1 -0 Saturday πͺ

For the 1st time in 20 years of having a season ticket I'm choosing not to go. I've missed games through work/weddings etc. But I am available to go and am choosing non-league instead, at least those lads put in a shift. Stress free, few beers, ideal.
Watch us go and win now.

David...you - the fine upstanding chap that you are - your life, indeed the lives of those who you love, admire and whom reciprocate their love and admiration to you, all deserve so much more than a sleep deprived and thoroughly miserable DaveB! Surely?
With the passage of time I realised* that no amount of will, cheering and urging overpaid oafs to win, will actually exert any influence on the outcome. Consequently, it is hard to get into a state of being where it controls me. Don't get me wrong, when I go, I support, and of course, want the feckers to do as well as they can, but when the support I, you and we offer is met with near contempt and sheer incompetence, bollix to it!
But, sadly in a way, it's football, and I don't really like how such a beautiful game has turned into such an unprincipled whore with the moral compass of a randy ally cat, high on catnip during the mating season.
I guess you are wondering: In that case Planet, why are you on here? Well, you can't beat bants; the bringing of an e-counselling to struggling Rfosi; and if I am honest, given the state of the Rangers, I'm looking more for non-Rs threads...surely we're not going to have to wait too long for an overpaid oaf to be accused of something unsavoury or election fever will kick in?
* Sadly, I was only 20 and my day of realisation was...20 April 1986

I hated the end of last season and the performances, and I welcomed the close season with open arms happy In the knowledge that for a few Months my weekends and the odd Tue/Wed evenings wouldn't be ruined by QPR's results. New season began and now with thirteen games played we are worse off now than the end of last season.
Even during the game last night at 0-0 I knew we would concede and so It proved. As a consequence I'm not dreading this coming Saturday's result, as far as I'm concerned It's a foregone conclusion that we will lose.
The only thing I can hope for Is a certain amount of effort from our players, even If we manage to get a throw In and successfully complete said throw In by somehow managing to legally throw the ball In the general direction of another QPR player I would deem that to be progress and I would quite rightly burst into applause.
I'm not dreading anything, what's the bloody point?
My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

I'm trying to figure a way I can avoid all results for the rest of the season and check in May where there will be one of two outcomes (no, neither of them are automatic promotion or a play-off place)...... Safety or relegation.
In which case my reaction would then be 'yay' or 'oh crap'.
But as well as all the online stuff such as here, facebook etc I also work in an office of footie fans and my sons football team all have boys & parents who are all footie fans, including QPR.
There's probably no way of hiding from it!

The only hope we have is Leicester getting over confident and turning in their worst performance of the season. We won't beat them by playing well as we won't score anyway so 0-0 is the best we can hope for. No doubt the ref will be pro the ex Premiership team and will assist them if they make hard work of it.

Well, we wouldn't be the first to try it, but it might just work!
One of my mates has been a QPR fan all his 70 or so years but is pretty hard up. He is occasionally given a free ticket to a home game by the organisation for which he does volunteer work and - gulp - he has been given a free ticket for the Foxes game. He might need counselling after it!
I hope the outcome is better than expected and that Leicester declare when they are 7-0 up.
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

After consideration decided to take my seat on Saturday, pretty much resigned to a defeat. I actually want to see Leicester and assess how good they are, always liked the way they go about things, we are just a lost cause.
