I have had the dubious pleasure to watch Derby, Forest, Boro, Hull plus several more clubs. I find the 'home' commentators for Ifollow broadcasts when measured against Nick & Andy fall a very long way short by way of technique, voice sound, totally a biased fans eye based commentary.
Even many of Sky's professional commentators are not as good as our 2.
I'm amazed Nick London hasnt been snapped up by the big boys. He has a great radio voice. Yes he gets some names mixed up now and again but not much else I can find I dont like about him.

Really enjoy their commentary. They compliment each other brilliantly.
One of the best acquisations the club have made in recent years is getting Andy Sinyon back as Club Ambassader. His role in the Forever R's, the community work he does plus co-commentary make him (in my eyes) a key figure at QPR. And long may it continue. [Post edited 2 Oct 2021 17:42]

What's better is that he was adding some excellent audio shit housery t the mix - and really winding up the PNE fans. Brilliant.
The one I came across was about one of their players feigning yet another injury and London in mock concern going "Oh dear. I hope he won't have to have that leg amputated after the game."

TBH you're just asking for trouble listening to a club commentary, if its not your club.
Fine if you fancy giving your blood pressure a good hiding, but otherwise ....why?

Nothing beats being at a match, but if that’s not an option a live stream with a London/Sinton commentary is the best alternative.
Listening to some of Nick’s comments sometimes makes me think that he views this website, as he mentions issues and in-jokes discussed on here. Does anyone know if he is a reader and/or contributor? |  | | |
