He was doing this against Watford too (though not as dramatic). I was in the lower school end right behind the goal and when they had their goal disallowed he just stood there taking a quick slurp of water grinning at the Watford fans. I have it on my camera phone, I'll try and find a way of uploading it.

Brilliant. I wish Nathan Jones still managed them just to see how he would've reacted to that!

Cook has done this many times already this season. I have seen him give the V sign to the away fans after we have scored.

Cook likes to wind up the away fans. If the game after that goes badly then he knows they will get on the oppo teams backs.

Thats the geart part about QPR fans, we only boo when you don't try and have no heart in the game. If you Bean, Scowen, Palmer, Holloway, running around like a maniac but not very good then we support you as best we can.

But if you have phoned it and don't fancy it, then your in trouble.

zzzzzzzzzz

Think Jimmy & Luton fans have previous after he was quite badly injured at theirs the other season and they gave him dogs abuse as he was being carried off,

Dunne's previously said he has to manage his highs & lows as takes defeats very badly, not a bad trait to have & great to see him celebrate with our fans at the end last night.

Think it goes a bit further back to the 2-1 win we got there in 21/22 when Gray and Dickie scored for us.

Dunne was getting dogs abuse from the Luton fans by the tunnel during the game, especially whenever he took a throw in over that side. Think he got badly challenged by a Luton player and the Luton fans thought he was milking it/play acting, so were on his back non stop after. So when we got the result, he was giving it back in spades. That riled them, and when they beat us 3-1 and Dunne got that injury, they leapt on that with the headline "Job Dunne"! on there official Twitter page. Poor taste. But I think I recall they pulled down after realising Dunne's injury was serious. But the damage had been "Dunne" by then!

Yes, first incident was the one I recall and forgot he played on after that and then got injured again following year.

It will never not be totally hilarious that Nathan Jones had the fcking neck to complain about somebody else over celebrating.

Their fans also joined in with the Jimmy Dunne song after he missed the 1st half sitter, so no surprise he was happy to give some back.

It's a matter of some regret that Nathan Jones wasn't in charge of Luton the season we beat them three times.

Also, did anyone else see Ilias wagging his finger and laughing at the Luton players when he feigned to take a short corner and they rushed towards him. Really funny.

Repaying the Luton comms team from their remarks a few seasons ago. Good on him.

Never knowingly right.
