Hasn't that been the mentality of he club for years which is part of the problem

Loads of points to play for but as usual we just want to sack off games as it's ok lose at QPR .

We are in a no better position than last season after spending ridiculous amounts of money .

Like I've said many times every single part of the club should be performing better

I didn't read too many dissenting paragraphs when Kone etc were being signed.

We're also not going to be winning many points with this injury list. It's not sacking off the games, it's being realistic.

However, if Ben Williams is involved next season then we'll repeat it again. Anyone think Williams will be sacked or resign?

Poll: How is Nourry cooking so far ? 🤣

I think they will say he has left but I would be amazed if he’s not been told to leave already.

Be funny if QPR told Williams to 'get on his bike!' Would be even funnier if when riding off into the distance, Williams were to pull a hammy just after the club shop.

That said, Nourry does not strike me as someone imbued with humour, so we should hope at best, a boring AI inspired piece mentioning different challenges etc.

It doesn't matter who we sign when we have this losers mentality around the club

Norwich have more injuries than us and look at their attitude compared to ours

As for Williams I haven't a clue if he will go but surely it can't be down to just one person and that whole department needs to be looked at

All I do know is that next season will likely be the same as this . Start poorly, go out in the cup to lower league , go on a decent run and then go to pot , rinse and repeat zzzzz

The mentality around the club is the thing. Perhaps it comes after years of just about avoiding relegation? Perhaps it comes from a lack of ambition based on the fact that compared to at least 10 other sides in this league, we can't actually compete financially to build a team to compete at the top level.

It also comes from seasons of injuries to players at key times and a lack of depth financially to cover the gaps.

I'll say it again, we brought in Steve Bould to coach the defence and it clearly hasn't worked, bar a few 0-0 away results. Overall, the defence, which has some decent players, has leaked horribly this year. That has to be addressed. We have to be much better next season or we'll just wallow in lower mid table forever.

On "All I do know is that next season will likely be the same as this . Start poorly, go out in the cup to lower league , go on a decent run and then go to pot , rinse and repeat zzzzz" this is good to know and at least I won't be disappointed.

Never knowingly right.

The defence had nothing to do with Campbell's goal, that was down to not so super Varane.

An American guy from NY sat next to me on Saturday, he had always wanted to visit LR, thinks its an amazing place. Its such a shame the team performance on the pitch failed to help bouy us fans so he could savour LR at its best. He spends much of his time visiting European football games, this trip he so far has taken in Benfica, Juve, Arsenal and the supa hoops.

His first half comment was he could not understand the team set up or what our game plan was.

captains fantastic
