I don't see why we need to move Morgan out on loan, if we did then a decent league 1 outfit, again with Kolli he should be pushing on with Rangers, doubt we will ever see Obikwu much or if at all anyway. Was good to see Alfie Lloyd back, hopefully he will be given another chance, as think there is a good player in him just needs to get off the mark with a goal at Loftus Road. apart from him being a body in a area we badly need bodies i see zero logial reason why we are so badly chasing kamara , played 52 mins last season , 31 years old , but we sold sam field who could play a variety postion and ws rarely injured and was actually ares , make no sense is kamara a better overall player even if you dont include his massive wages ? | |

Sam Field was sold because he wanted to play, something JS couldn't guarantee.
Kamara will play more than him, is better and means Morgan might get a desperately needed loan. | |

Lots of posts on here bemoaning that we are stagnating, destined to always finish around 16th place. Had a lot of time for Field, a decent pro, worked hard, good attitude, always available - and yet, is he destined to be a regular in a side pushing for promotion? If we want to progress as a club the players have to improve. It’s a slow process but I would argue that in most positions we are stronger than we were a couple of years ago. CM is probably the one area you might question that but the club is clearly looking to address that. Probably best to reserve too much criticism of any incomings until we see them play. I concede this signing does have slight Johansen/ Hayden vibes but Stéphan has worked with him before. We don’t know the terms and it might only be a loan. And just conceivably - he might still be quite good…. | | | |

If it's fairly recent then it might be skewed by Sunderland having a very young squad.
I'm not saying you're wrong, but U-21 players accounting for roughly 10% of Championship playing time does look surprisingly high to me! |
