I liked and respected Nardi as he had some excellent qualities. However, at his age if it's not natural or comfortable to come off the line and command aerial balls in the box, no amount of coaching is going to change that very much.

This was the thing before he arrived when the usual show reel was seen , he was a typical european keeper decent shot stopper but awful at commanding his box , so once again the wrong fit for what we was trying to achieve , whos that down to ? Recruitment , yep we are looking for a keepr who will come for crosses , and what do we get ? also has to go down to who ever is presently coaching the keepers as they all see to be making the same mistakes every game , pushing the ball back into danger areas being one of the worst issues , so is that down to bad recruient at the club with coaches ? im sure a fe people will laugh but one of the best keeper coaches out there is our own tony roberts was at arsenal for a few years went abroad and think hes at swansea right.

Yes Robert's was at Arsenal but U18s coach. Had one brief spell as Asst GK coach. Never seems to settle anywhere and last January signed for a Chinese club.

Surprising if true, as I can see them going with Larkeche as Kemper's back up.
But then I was surprised to see Larkeche actually on the grass playing in the photos for the last friendly.
It would be good if true, as we need depth in that position, as we are not sure Kemper is up to it yet or Larkeche, for that matter.

We could then have more funds available for a decent first choice centre mid for Madsen, which is where our total focus and money has to be directed towards, now.
Barbet was very good and the little I ve seen of Larkeche I think there is a player in there and would be a good back up for LB. Kamara would be a decent box to box midfielder.
