Anyone that argues that Kolli is being treated unfairly by QPR after watching that is just delusional. Wanting guaranteed more playing time? Who the fck does he think he is? Anyone who watched him in those last few games last season could see he was well off it. Christ, he couldn't do 90 minutes and was dropped yet again despite all the injuries.

I can understand both view points on the Kolli situation & I would be surprised if he makes the first team squad again. I think we might have gone past the point of no return.
However, I do think we would have had a better chance of winning at Charlton & West Bromwich if he had been available to bring on as a sub than those that were.
He is also completely in the right to turn down any/all loan moves if he feels that the club involved isn't the right one for him, but he must be aware that by doing so he runs the risk of being frozen out.
Whatever the rights & wrongs are, both sides appear to be entrenched in their positions. As are most posters on the various threads covering this subject. | | | |

Regarding your point about turning down loans, I'm not sure I'm 100% with you.
Whatever walk of life, when you're young and need experience, beggers cannot necessarily be choosers. The key goal is to get experience and whoever he thinks would be the perfect outfit to provide opportunity and experience, clearly they've not come in for him.
Equally, I'm sure, QPR want their star youngsters to go to a club that will benefit all parties, which might not necessarily be as glamorous a destination as the player might have hoped for. However, Kolli need only look at Messrs Eze and Chair as prime examples of substance over style proving far more beneficial for both players, than not playing at all!
Whatever has or, has not happened here, many a LFWer has littered this site with a desire to see Kolli go on loan to get a run of games under his belt, learn his trade, and hone his skills.
This has not happened. Instead, his development has languished somewhat and frankly, at this stage, the only thing I'm interested in: is to ascertain the extent of QPR's culpability for this farce? Thereafter, it's for QPR to ensure lessons are learned. |  |

I'm on of those who wants Kolli in the squad and thinks he should be in the squad, but the clubs inability to deal with this is unbelievably poor and shows the inexperience of CN. Its a total distraction and should have been dealt with one way or the other in the summer.
CN has done some good things, but this whole fiasco rolling on and on is on him. |

First time I've seen that and I have to say:
1. Impressively candid answer from Nourry there (on face value) and I found myself saying "fair do's"
2. Quite enjoyed the passionate response from the Frenchman there and I found it quite motivating even as a mug punter. I've noted the squad seems to have a great spirit so far this season - that counts for a lot - so a big fair play there as well.
My only reservation is that this starts to become an even bigger saga now.
A line needs to be drawn under it.
Rayan has ability and is living every fans dream, all this has in effect made it harder for him but if he can get himself in the picture and back in the squad and scoring goals on the pitch then huge kudos to him. |  |

Maybe he just didn't want to go anywhere on loan, regardless of the club, perhaps he said 'play me or sell me'. CN wasn't asked why he didn't sell him, but guess he wanted to repeat the Kelman deal, but Kolli didn't play ball.
I don't see Kolli coming back in long term under CN, or JS, so they should have sold him. To turn down 7 loans, suggests it wasn't the clubs listed that were the issue.

Sympathy for much that has been posted here, but - serious question - why do we (some of us) think that we know better than the professional management at QPR? |
My feeling is that around the time we beat Derby in the play-off final, a lot of fans started to assume that the club's management didn't know what they were doing, a fair view in many ways given some of the calamitous errors we made back then.
I think that for some fans, this assumption of incompetence on the part of the club has continued to this day.
*** I'm not saying this is without justification, there have been a lot of clangers during over ten years of mediocrity, but I do think the management gets fewer things wrong now ***.
