What do you think the squad needs to do, to improve on 11th?

Bearing in mind, and I agree with him, I saw an interview where he said, where you finish is where you deserve to finish in a 46 game season, he shouldn't fall back on the old injuries/luck/referee excuses we normally hear.

Thanks

Has he always wanted to be a No.1 at a club? Or is that an ambition that's come more recently? And had other clubs approached him before us? If so, what made our basket case of a club convince him this was a good first job?

Bare bones.

Are we actively seeking a goal scorer and a RB, (accepting that goal scorers are rare and expensive beasts).

Personally think we are weak in those two positions.

The club seemed to suffer an inordinate amount of muscle injuries last season, has he been able to identify the reason why and what has been put in place to prevent a repeat of that? Was it in any way down to the quality of training surface at Harlington?

The previous manger liked a “tight squad”. What are his thoughts on ideal numbers in order to be competitive and to have proper cover whilst not having people out in the cold?

Is it a disadvantage to the youngsters and the club to be operating at Training Ground Category level Two rather than One ?

How would he deal with a situation where he thought that the young players being produced by the club weren't good enough for first-team football?

Can’t be denied, he’s carrying a bit of timber, which is generally seen as a bad thing for blood pressure. As is managing QPR.

Seeing as this is his first managerial job (and it’s not an easy one) how does he think he’ll handle the pressure and what does he do to relax?

Has he a clear vision of how he wants the players currently at his disposal to play, or does he accept he still needs to tweak his style and personnel?

Whats more important, promotion or getting youth into the first team?
Or put another way does the development of youth players by getting them into the first team take a greater priority over finding your best team to win football matches and therefore gain promotion.

Given his extensive experience in youth development, what are the challenges of recruiting young players (in the Foundation phase), of sufficient quality, to a category 2 academy, retain them and bring them through to the First Team when we are surrounded by Category 1 academies?

Does he expect development success to come from Foundation Phase academy products, or post-Scholar players who have been released elsewhere?

I believe he's gone on record saying he was going to have conversations to determine what factors contributed to the second-half slide. Did he discover anything not obvious to those of us on the outside? Can he avoid the same pitfalls?
