You have to feel for him as a human being having watched this. 8 first team players out today, a 9th in Johansen obviously occupying a bench seat and not really fit enough to play. The guy is struggling with half a squad.

13 games to go, we probably need 13 points to stay up. What do you do next?

Never knowingly right.
Poll: How long before new signings become quivering wrecks of the players they were?

I do feel sorry for him as well on a human level. I'm still not sure he is the right fit for us, but how can you judge someone, when they have one arm tied behind their back all the time. I'm going to keep everything crossed for a couple of positive results in the next two matches - even two draws would make me and everyone else happier. It's just getting that first step, and hopefully the performances,if not the results will improve. We are a mess, and will never be able to recruit a proven manager who knows the club.Someone from outside who doesn't know us...may be our only hope 😉

I personally don't think most of the players are injured , they don't fancy it and don't wanna be here .

AND WHEN I DREAM , I DREAM ABOUT YOU AND WHEN I SCREAM I SCREAM ABOUT YOU!!!!!

What did the tin man in Wizard of Oz say ? “When a guy's an empty kettle, he must he on his mettle”
Well, we're an empty kettle alright. And we've a bunch of tin men in the squad alright.
I still think the regular players can pull us through if we can field most of them plus Lowe and Martin.

“Lookedy coo, lookedy coo, lookedy coo, lookedy coo, lookedy coo, lookedy coo, lookedy coo. Flap, flap, flap, flap”

The question was what do you do next?
I’ve another two beers in the fridge and some good house music on so the obvious is answer is keep on drinking and head nodding

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

He should be shown the door for that alone. Imagine trying to stay in this league with Dozzell at the base of your midfield.

I can’t believe he did that again after Tuesday.
Must be because it worked so well then.

I thought it was a good interview.....he is taking it on the chin, he is not hiding behind anything, he comes across as a decent individual and he cares for us all within the QPR family.

I have some issues with him, Norf has highlighted one of them re Field, but I am sure he has good reasons for doing what he is doing - we may not think its correct but he will have his reasons.

No point in 'sacking' him now, lets see how it goes for the remainder of the season.

But who else is there? Dozzell is crap but at least he's able to get on the pitch. I feel sorry for Critchley; he's been completely shafted by the ones who appointed him - the squad is a trainwreck.

The good:

It WAS better.

I felt I was seeing more effort and desire.

There did seem to be a different strategy- knock it long for Martin to get his head on it, which he did, a lot… but often his flick on didn’t fall to one of ours.

We pressed well in the first half.

We scored! Chair scored!

The bad:

The defending in the second half.

The finishing - we got into the final 3rd a fair amount, but didn’t have much in the way of chances.

The ugly:

Tim.

Sinclair’s injury.

Some fans are saying he has “lost the dressing room” but if you think about it, he has only lost part of it. Some players are resisting the temptation to hide, are shrugging off minor knocks and are putting in the effort in an attempt to stop this seemingly endless tailspin.

The ones who have downed tools are a disgrace. If some players are making the effort for Critchley and his coaches, there is no excuse for the others and Critchley cannot be the problem.

The squad has been thin for years and that has meant that when the first choice players are injured or out of form, we struggle. Critchley is trying to grind out results without our most creative player (Willock) and our best striker (Dykes), with our best central midfielder (JoJo) only available every now and then. With our thin squad, it would be difficult to plug those gaps at any time, let alone when confidence is rock bottom and we are on abysmal run.

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Or because he is stubborn, does not know what else to do or thinks it will be alright in the end.

Either way I think he is the wrong choice and don’t feel sorry for him as he is well paid snd will be well compensated if he gets sacked.

As for the players all being injured, I think a few of them just don’t fancy playing. After all, when a team is doing well how many players play through the pain barrier. Or do what Barbet was doing and just carry on regardless of what position the team was in the league table.

No way will we need 13 points - 9 should do it.

Both seem as equally unlikely at the moment though!

I think there is a distinct possibility that having seen the players down tools on him he is now downing tools on them, this will do everyone's career prospects the world of good the daft pr!cks.
