If you look at his defensive stats they are decent. Bit of risk letting him go.
I think Warbs biggest mistake outside of plodding youth was pushing him to go on loan. When that happened we started to ship goals. True it started when he was around still, but it really ramped up with no understandable way of stopping it when he was gone. |  |

I hope Field is not ever used in the back 4 as he has played in there twice and we lost 3-1 at Forest 2 seasons ago and 3-1 at home to Sheff Utd last season.
