How can we justify - yet again - to be just about to start pre season with literally zero first team experience in the squad in a vital position?
And then they wonder why we start so slowly.

Don’t really get the criticism tbh.
Yes it was wrong to throw him in before he was ready last season.
But now, belatedly, they are addressing the fact that he isn’t ready.
Most fans were calling for a change there.
The window hasn’t been open long. Am sure a replacement will be in situ long before the season starts. | | | |

Maybe this is all we could get done.
After last season, it was hard to imagine anyone paying any money for him this summer.
He got stiffed by the club last year, but I still think he has shown that he has the skills needed. Hopefully, with experience will come improved performances and this time next year he'll have salvaged his career and be of benefit to either us or to another club who'll pay money for him.

QPR may have finished higher up the league with a better/more mature keeper, but surely he has learned the same as he would have playing for someone else. | | | |
