The thing I like most about this signing, beyond his spirit and leadership capacity, is his toughness. Squad needs a few more like this who are unafraid to physically compete. Next stop: a goalie (Walsh at best a backup at this level).

No on the left back, I knew we’d do this and I’m pleased we have but I thought they’d persist with Esquerdinha as cover because they don’t like admitting mistakes. Glad to hear he might be on his way as well.

Gk I’ve said that’s what I’d do, I’m not sure it’s what they’ll do. A decent keeper would lift us 6 places though so let’s hope.


Is Larkeche fit?
Are they looking to send Esquerdinha on loan or offload permanently. I'd hope the former.
