| Ref on 14:23 - Oct 25 with 649 views | numptydumpty | He intercepted a couple of early Swansea attacks in the first 20 minutes. Thought that aspect of his game yesterday was decent. But joking aside a referee can generally be seen to be decent if he isnt the star of the show. ie if he/she is almost unnoticeable and the game flows. Also, it helps massively also if your team is three nil up after 14 minutes. One's assessment of a referee has a tendency to be favourable in such scenarios.. | |

| Ref on 14:43 - Oct 25 with 569 views | GroveR | He didn't fùck about calling Kemper over for a stern talking to in the first half. Very much in control and let the players know. Consistent throughout, which puts him head and shoulders above most refs at this level (and above). | | | |
| Ref on 14:59 - Oct 25 with 491 views | Lanhoop | He was decent but there were two negatives from me. He seemed very quick off the mark to start the countdowns for us taking throw-ins or Charles releasing the ball (even signalling sometimes for resumptions where that law doesn't apply!) but he was much less sharp with Swansea. Obviously we would have wasted time and they wouldn't so much but that doesn't make it right. The other one was his urgency in shoving Kemper off the pitch when he was substituted. It was obvious he was limping and injured and he's still shoving him. The match was over by that time, it was petty and unnecessary. | | | |

I didn’t think the refs were supposed to worry about what the score was when making a decision.Otherwise they should be taking account of a player feigning injury when their team is winning. As you said,he was very quick to start counting when we were taking throws and goal kicks.
| Ref on 15:11 - Oct 25 with 437 views | Stainrod | Was the pen just a tad soft? I’m pretty sure it was a pen because he did catch Smyth so I guess by the letter of the law that’s all that matters. I suppose it’s just the combination of Paul not really heading towards goal and the fairly theatrical tumble he took made me think it was a wee bit soft, but I guess that is more fool the keeper for taking him down than any criticism of the ref. If it was us we would be frustrated but in fairness more with the foul itself than the decision. | | | |
| Ref on 15:19 - Oct 25 with 413 views | danehoop | Booked Kone for over-celebrating scoring a hatrick. Definite points off the marking for that one. | |

| Ref on 16:35 - Oct 25 with 289 views | bosh67 | He's very much one of the better refs at this level. He's reffed us over every kind of result, good or bad and he's always been (for me) a solid 7 each time. | |

No, he was a pox doctor's clerk in Spitalfields.
| Ref on 17:41 - Oct 25 with 69 views | Watford_Ranger | Didn’t think either team could complain about much. Quite a nasty tackle from them and silly retribution from Smyth after not being given a fairly obvious foul we probably get at 0-0. Penalty he gives himself a second but it’s a fairly easy and correct call. Not his hardest day’s work. | | | |
