Football shirt manufacturers maybe produce a 'new design' once a year in a couple of colours and the designs of the way a shirt is cut is usually very minor, the big difference is a totally captive market, supporters of especially the big clubs will buy the 'latest design' in their millions, even if the shirt looks like a cat has spewed down the front.
Don't think the clubs are that bothered if it brings in huge sponership deals and shirt sales, that their players and supporters look like their modelling for a 'hobo catalogue' means nothing, only these ££££££. count. |  | | |
