I've never felt comfortable gloating, but I'd really enjoy them getting relegated.
If FFP really does catch up with them it could well happen. Like us they have the money, far more so than we do of course, but if they spend it when it's against the rules then they have to be punished - exactly why we aren't just spending more money to sort ourselves out
Until that happens it's funny enough just seeing them finish below Fulham and Brentford. Of course not as funny as it would be if most Chelsea fans understood the significance of that.
