| Creeeeeeekit is back! on 11:23 - Jul 3 by danehoop | I am not sure what to make of this new England approach to cricket, at times suicidal, but never dull. |
Ok, definitely a tendency towards suicidal with Stokes today,

| Creeeeeeekit is back! on 19:44 - Jul 4 with 2228 views | DWQPR | Sat in the Maple Leaf all afternoon with a friend debating the odds of another England win. Looked odds on to lose at the start of our second innings given the propensity of the top order being so fragile and a captain who wants to hit the leather off every ball and a fourth/fifth pitch that was starting to become uneven . However at the 100-0 things did look promising before a series of quick dismissals/shooting ourselves in the bowlocks. But 119 to win with 7 wickets is even I would say it is now 50/50. Just hope we can do the job in the morning and shove it right up Kholi’s objectionably arrogant arÅ›e. | |

| Creeeeeeekit is back! on 22:49 - Jul 4 with 2101 views | eastside_r | No disrespect to NZ but I think this India side is the best Test team in all conditions whatever the result tomorrow. There are such class acts in this side but it is a pity that a once magnificent batsmen Virat Kohli is such a monumental bellend. Possibly the most unpleasant player in a Test cricket and this is in a world that includes Australians (like Warner.) | | | |
| Creeeeeeekit is back! on 07:16 - Jul 5 with 2011 views | Tonto | His behaviour yesterday was odious at best. Contrast the England players checking on Thakirafter he got hit and Kohli jawing at Lees. Trouble is it probably worked and therefore justified it (in his head) | |

Root and Bairstow got us to this point last night by setting “Bazball” to one side and just playing sensibly; taking the many singles offered by the wide spread Indian field and just putting away the odd bad ball. Really hope they continue that approach this morning and don’t rush to get it over by lunchtime.
| Creeeeeeekit is back! on 09:33 - Jul 5 with 1874 views | Tonto | Kinda agree, but remember the new ball is due in 20 odd overs, and the way these balls have behaved this year that can bring about a clatter of wickets. I wouldn't want more than 50 left to get by the time it arrives. | |

| Creeeeeeekit is back! on 12:24 - Jul 5 with 1694 views | johnhoop | Well after what I wrote before play started they got it done in an hour and a half without appearing to rush at all until Bairstow got his hundred and then they really had some fun. What a truly incredible turnaround after that Ashes tour and the loss in the West Indies. After that, I thought it was going to be a very long time before we regained the Ashes but if we played the Aussies now we’d have to be in with a very real chance. | | | |

As Bayliss says, what people describe there is not Test batting, it's English batting. 'Bazball' is how the Aussies play all the time. It's positive, attacking cricket. And it's brilliant. I had completely written Bairstow off, so shows what I know. Absolutely magnificent. Root is on another plane. Virat's antics look even more embarrassing today. You can't act like that when you've been averaging 20 for a couple of years. Wind it in, mate.

Amongst other things went charging down the length of the pitch from the slip cordon pumping his fists and shouting when Stokes was out in the first innings. Basically just acting like the nob he is.

and giving it very large for a couple of the early wickets in second innings. England players have been known to do it too, so it's not just Virat, but he looked a right knob yesterday.

| Creeeeeeekit is back! on 14:41 - Jul 5 with 1452 views | Tonto | he was also standing on the pitch whilst celebrating Crawley's wicket (on his own and was given a warning by the umpire for doing so) and was jawing at Lees on the way off for tea, on the way back from tea and whilst Les was standing at the other end waiting for Root to come in after Pope was out. Just all a bit too far and knobby. | |

Thanks to a friend of a friend type thing, I will be representing Leicestershire CC and donning the Charlie Fox outfit for the Mascots Race between the two semi-finals, as well as doing all the mascot flag-wavy stuff at the beginning of the day. Should be a good laugh! So if you are watching, just think that beneath the Fox suit is a QPR fan, so will me on in the mascot race
