Dozzell and Kakay have both looked good to me. Wonder if Beale has told them both (as though they didn't know already) that this is their last chance yo .ake a claim as first choice starters for the season, before Richards/Amos and McNamara (hopefully) come on.
Dozzell's played some really nice passes, including one which would have been an assist if Field hadn't hit straight at the keeper.
Clarke Salter vocal at the back and organising.
Eze was found in space on the edge of the box from a corner and picked his spot, in off the post. Some applause from home fans (couldn't bring myself to do that, much as I love Eze!)
Have also fount it entertaining to watch Zaha sulk most of the game. Only happy of he has the ball, it seems! | | | |

Ossie having a decent game so far
Dickie starting to bring the ball out through the middle like days of yore
Field putting a lot of yards and having the odd scrap with Zaha
Ilias not really done much but then again Lyndon not getting much service in and Paal’s crossing not the best so far
Dozzell struggling to find a forward pass and turning back a lot.
Jake seems solid enough so far.
Huffing and puffing and Eze managed to squeeze one in between Denny’s hand and the post.
It’s not a reverse of Weds night though and we have not been too outclassed so far. |  |

Oh thought Seing should have done better with Eze,s goal and yes Kaykay is our best player so far , but Dozzel has played in one or two good balls.All in all 7 out 10 first half. | |

I've asked before Paul, but you didn't reply. As a match official are you allowed to place a bet on football? If so, what level do you have to reach to be barred by the FA from betting?
I ask because any player, official or even volunteer of a step 10 (level 6) club faces a long suspension if found to have placed a football bet. This includes the groundsman & collecting entrance money!
