There have been explicit comments from the management team that Kolli does not train as well as other squad members, i.e. immature and still learning the profession. That's why he does not get as many minutes as he would otherwise.
Deleting all one's social media would underline that immaturity?
Is he a team player? All this posturing after he scores a goal doesn't sit well with me.

The weirdest thing about Ned insisting the pitch is blue because certain posters say it’s green is that several highly respected posters on here were literally in a room with Nourry when he told them that Kolli wouldn’t get a new deal and would never play for the club again, a few days before he folded like a cheap suit and gave him a new long term deal….. | | | |

I’ve no personal knowledge of what’s going on - that said having been in enough teams that have had tot train I have seen players that respond to not being selected by impressing day in day out and get their chance - but I have also seen players who even when they do train hard are regularly overlooked and then lose motivation because of it.
What puzzles me with this relationship is how he goes from being in the side to not even making the bench compared to other less able players - can his attitude be really that bad on a week by week basis to cause that swing in match day inclusion..
We’ve had our share of gifted players that do not come across as workaholics and the team has looked the better for their being given sufficent game time. One Mr Taarabt springs to mind - wonder if he would have been given sufficient time under this regime. |  |

I don’t know.
I like Kolli a lot. The constant drip drip of character assassination seems to come from a certain set of ‘fans’. I get more annoyed with that old bollox than the actual reality of him being sold.
If we get a decent offer then of course he should be sold. He’s a good player but not so good as to be irreplaceable.
It’s just the treatment of him that has got under my skin for a couple of years and that’s really what these constant ‘Kolli threads’ are about.
As has been said before, dealing with ‘people’, be it certain players, coaches, staff, employees or fans is abhorrent at times . |  | | |
