Unless I'm much mistaken he's had the best minutes per goal involvement over the past couple of seasons and is demonstrably the best finisher at the Club.
You keep saying he's only scored against certain teams, but I'd counter that you can only score when you're actually picked. Kolli's never been given a run in the side for some reason (not helped by untimely injuries).
I agree he's behind Burrell and Kone in the pecking order, but not by too much, and is wayyy ahead of Bennie as both a striker, finisher and overall footballer |

Especially at his age during those 3 seasons. If he had those minutes alone next season, and just maintained the level of 10 goals and 2 assists, he’d be worth a fair amount more, let alone if the backing and consistent game time actually led to an improvement, coupled with the extra experience he now has…12 goals and 4 assists would better Kone this season at the same age, for context. |  | | |

Behind Kone and Burrell that's for sure, and yet one of them has been injured for a half a season.
Kolli has something about him. He'd have likely put that chance away against Derby that Bennie gave to Vale for example.
People talk about developing young players, and here we have a 20 year old who has scored 11 goals in the equivalent of around 25 games, and you're happy to write him off. [Post edited 4 May 12:32]

I doubt he's going to be 'let go' (which implies without a fee), I think he's going to be sold.... and if it's for a decent amount (subjective of course, but I'd suggest £5M plus), then it will be a shame that we failed to hang on to a home-grown talent, and don't get me wrong, I rate the lad, but it wouldn't be the worst thing that's happened.... |  |

I can think of at least two occasions when Kolli sprinted from penalty area to penalty area to cover opposition breaks from one of our corners.
Your dislike of Kolli is irrational especially if you consider Bennie the better player at this stage of their careers. |  | | |

How long is left on his contract?
The club dont hold on to players who want to leave anymore they get the best deal they can do 5 years ago we would have watched Sinclair,Kelman ect just run down the contracts and leave for free.
So lets move quickly get the best deal we can with a healthy sell on fee and be done with it no need to drag it out all summer.

I agree with the first statement. But it’s a straw man argument.
Behind those two, and possibly Madsen and Edwards, Kolli is the next big asset, given his age, goals to mins ratio, and profile. He looked at him in the West Ham cup game and the commentators said as much. We play 442. There is plenty of opportunity to give him mins. He could play the last 30 of every game. And Burrell was out injured for 3.5 months. There has been plenty of opportunity to give him more minutes.
It’s all a straw man to defend the ego of the hierarchy getting in the way of the best interests of the club.
If he scored 8-10 with 5-8 assists next season, at his age (bear in mind Burrell is 26), his value would be multiples what it is now. If you have him 20-30 mins every game and had him as your back up starter in case of injuries (surely not!), I think he’d get there. We haven’t even given him the minutes we could have this season. |
He would have easily, easily scored 8-10 goals this season with more minutes. Kone has scored double Kolli's goals, but in triple the amount of time. [Post edited 4 May 13:03]

Let's face it, people don't want him sold simply because they think Noury doesn't like him or whatever.

We'd be excited if we were signing any other championship side's version of Rayan Kolli.
He's ours. He's got an affinity for the club. He's young. He scores goals nobody else can. He's physical. He's got a swagger. He's got cool hair. In time he could join the long line of QPR maverick 10s.
I'll be gutted if we stuff this up and he gets forced out / gets so pissed off he forces a move.

I don’t think he is asking for big money. I think he’s asking for more minutes. Tbh, for a player of his age, profile and goals to min ratio, we should be looking to give him lots of minutes, especially if you operate a player trading model.

For what ive seen him play im not that convinced. Better than Bennie at the moment
but not even close what Kone and Burrell are. If someone wants to buy him then sell.
