I don’t know.
I like Kolli a lot. The constant drip drip of character assassination seems to come from a certain set of ‘fans’. I get more annoyed with that old bollox than the actual reality of him being sold.
If we get a decent offer then of course he should be sold. He’s a good player but not so good as to be irreplaceable.
It’s just the treatment of him that has got under my skin for a couple of years and that’s really what these constant ‘Kolli threads’ are about.
As has been said before, dealing with ‘people’, be it certain players, coaches, staff, employees or fans is abhorrent at times . |
I don't think he has been treated very well, but if the club can get a decent fee and a sell on percentage maybe it is time to cash in on Kolli.
It seems quite clear to me that something is amiss between him, Stephan, Nourry and if rumours are true, Williams (who is one person the club needs to get shot of).
The club can then use some of the money to bolster the squad for next season. A decent goalkeeper, experienced left back (RND maybe) and another striker to replace him. |  | | |

I'm with you I really like the Kid, comes across well, interacts with the fans and takes responsibility. He does have a fitness issue that is clear, and huge ambition. IMHO we look a better side with him in it than not. I guess we dont know what we dont know, but it will be a shame I would really like him to push on with us |  | | |

He had a run when Burell got injured don’t think he lasted much last halftime win all of them ,he can score but as has been said for a couple of season hes badly lacking in all over areas , and has been said numerous times he badly needed a loan a season or so ago to learn them skills , I’d say he’s gone for 2-3 mill with a decent. And with all being said, if bids in the £5-7m range come in for either Kolli, Kone or Burrell (more the higher end for the last 2), they should be seriously considered with a decent sell-on % slapped on.

If you look at PL history Adam Le Fondre has the sixth best goals per minute ratio, just behind Thierry Henry and ahead of Kane, van Nistelrooy, Salah, Suarez, van Persie, Shearer, Ibrahimovic, etc

As someone who has never been totally taken with Kolli, but is sus about the club hierachy atm, I see it like this
- He certainly knows how to kick a football. A really natural striker of the ball and goalscorer
- His conditioning is a long way shy of Championship standard. Both Marti and Stephan have made Marge Simpson noises about it, he is constantly out of puff. There was a game this year where he did some really good pressing, then got on all fours like a cat being sick. Why this is the case, we can only speculate, could be a myriad of reasons, but truth is, none of us know
- There is clearly a concerted distaste for him from the club. Loathe to say no smoke without fire, but you hear the same rumours over and over again from multiple sources
- That distaste doesn't make huge amounts of sense given our general trading objectives. He's a gift horse - young player scoring goals in the championship? Exactly what we're after right?
- The constant drip of real negativity behind him is imo club co-ordinated and fairly insidious
tl;dr - whilt I'm not as taken with him as others, he is clearly an asset we should be nurturing, and on one hand the club's behaviour makes no sense, and on the other it reinforces how much I dislike a lot of how we operate under the current regime |  | | |

I’ve no idea whether he’s not being picked because he’s difficult, not up to scratch or unfit. He does seem to get a lot of niggly injuries which doesn’t help his development.
However as PP said for a young player he doesn’t seem to be able to last 90 minutes. He also seems to attract far more noise than someone at his level really should be doing. It’s a shame as he has obvious skills. But Stephan doesn’t seem to me a sulky kind of manager or someone who cuts his nose off to spite his face - if he really thought RK was doing his best and listening to instructions and was fit enough I think he’d pick him. If Nourry picks the team as many believe and he sees Kolli as one of our biggest assets then he’d pick him.
He wouldn’t be the first player who needs to learn how to fit into a team. If this is the reason he’s not playing then for everyone’s sake it’s best he moves on. My worry is he won’t want to move to a similar sized club and the bigger clubs may not want him… |  | | |

Plenty of players have played in the first team and and then played for DS.
I may be wrong, but Bennie and Esquerdina spring to mind. Plus almost the entire match squad that got beat by Plymouth in the League Cup. | | | |
