Finally, we've got some SWAGGER back!
I don't want to go on about some of the cynicism or even disdain for Stephan that I've read, but we're seeing the fruits of a first season well learned here, and now, in his second season, we're starting to see what he can do. There were times when we looked absolutely superb second half. Tactically spot on, formation looked great, everyone knew what they were doing.... This is down to the manager.
And Ronnie was like a young fekking Beckenbauer LOL.. Jimmy was immense, Lamptey is just class... Adamson looked so good when he came on too. And then there's Pierce Charles. Fking love him. At last we've got a really good keeper folks. So hats off to the whole managerial team, the scouts, the board... I'm loving it. |  |

The squad won that game. For an hour ish it was close (and they probably should have had 2), but longer game went each of our subs made us better while they got worse.
That’s the most encouraging thing about today, because that depth only compounds as the winter draws in.

Kamara and Lamptey looked so composed and oozed class and control.
My blood pressure is normally thru the roof as we close out games but thought we looked very composed.

After a rusty start to the season Raman looked like his old self second half - a shame he couldn’t head in that good chance which would have capped a fine display.
Only negative for me was Alfie - lovely lad but just not a Championship striker. Can’t help feeling that Kolli would have killed the game off with a third.

I don’t think it’s us or the host broadcasting the pictures. It’s IMG that films all the matches across the Championship and use their own directors. Whichever match I’ve seen the directors have been obsessed with showing the fans or the managers even when there is actually some action in the pens. I think they like to be ‘creative’. |  | | |

I think with Madsen and Edwards together we have two 6's which means it all gets a bit conservative. Madsen looking a little rusty coming back to form as well.
Kamara in there offers a different option. Would love to see another 8 come in (is De Keersmaecker coming or not?), especially if Varane leaves. | | | |

A decent enough win, not a great win but just about a deserved win. Blackburn were not bad and the best we played this season.
Excellent team selection from JS, fair play to him with his HT subs, off Madsen & Cirkin, on Kamara & Lamptey - all not 100% fit and they got 45 mins each and they all did good. We have a strong squad.
