Not sure why Kolli getting the grief for the goal that is on Adamson he's supposed to be the cover no right to be stepping in there if he held his position it would have been fine
It seemed to me like Adamson rushed into to snaffle the danger, and would have had the ball under control if Kolli hadn't tried to get it back and lost it. Not bashing the lad but a very frustrating moment.

Im not watching the game but seems some are blaming Kolli and some Adamson, ill have a look at the incident later.

Stupid goal to give away.
But still required scoring. Rayan Kolli's fault 100%.
I would make subs at half time. Madsen for JCS. Edwards back into back four.
Saito for Vale/Poku at 60 mins if nothing changes.
And the longer the game goes on, the more I expect the lesser spotted Obikwu coming on to score two worldies to recover the spoils for the good guys.....
Also,.if we make tactical or game managment subs at half time it saves our substitution windows to bring on replacements for injuries, which we haven't always been able to do.

Other than the goal I feel we are missing Madsen to give us a bit of control with the ball. Need a lot more from Poku. Birmingham have been very good rarely made an error on the ball, they are breaking our press and we are really struggling with theirs

Yes a valid point.
I was surprised to see Vale in and Madsen out and it would be very un Julien / sports scientists to make that change at half time.
We are still in it, Charles hasn't been that busy despite Birmingham looking dangerous coming forward. We conceded a daft goal rather than a worldie this time.
Need to get Smyth amd Poku going forward a little more and create some shooting opportunities for Kolli around their penalty area.

I think Kolli and Poku both deserve some stick for their goal IMHO
We’ve totally lost the midfield with Harvey Fail showing less battle than usual and Kamara looking somewhat leggy. Ronnie very deep due to Stansfields positioning
Some work for the Frenchman to do here but he’ll probably wait till the hour mark as per.
Brum do look well drilled and certainly more zip about them

At best if Adamson had got it or hit it it would have come straight back out off the Birmingham player to the same effect. More like it would have been a 50 / 50 and we were wide open. Adamson has to drop as that ball goes out as the last man, not steam in and then get taken out of the game
